The new year is a time of transition for all of us, and this is certainly true for the members of the Trio: Cristian has begun a new chapter at Curtis, Andrew prepares for his final semester of college before spending a year in Beijing, and Drew starts a new job in Cincinnati. Our program New Horizons will reflect a remembrance of how far we’ve come and an optimism for the future, as we look forward to always returning to Charlotte for many more years of concerts.

The Charlotte Piano Trio will be performing the following works on Thursday December 28 at 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary of Park Road Baptist Church, located at 3900 Park Road:

MOZART: Piano Trio No. 5 in C, K. 548
POULENC: Sonata for Cello and Piano, FP 143
TCHAIKOVSKY: Piano Trio in A minor, Op. 150
